Terms for Contract
This contract is an agreement for advertising at the CMAtheltics Concession.

I hereby agree to the following terms:
1. The advertiser and CMAthletics agree that this contract cannot be terminated prior to its expiration date.
2. Payment will be due by August 15th.
  - Please note a processing fee will be applied as described on the following page of this contract if paying online.
3. I understand that this does not replace any athletic fees for students.
4. Desired artwork should be emailed to our office at cmathletics80@gmail.com upon payment of first installment.
5. CMAthletics reserves the right to reject proposed advertisers if a competitor already participates unless said participant approves of the addition.
6. Advertising space can be renewed in July and previous holders will be allowed to renew before opening to new advertisers (which may or may not include competitors).
7. CMAthletics defines "no-compete" as a similar profession or trade in competition against another party.
  - Ex: McDonalds and Sonic, both restaurants have similar menus.
