1. As part of the Application process, potential MCC volunteers over the age of 18 are required to provide a Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Check. A letter to waive the fee associated with these checks can be picked up from the MCC Box Office. If your volunteer application is successful, it is your responsibility to pick up the letter and to bring in the CRC/VSC before you can begin your training.

2. If you are accepted for a volunteer position, you will comply with the conditions of the position and the policies and procedures of the Midland Cultural Centre, which will be outlined to you as part of the training process.

3. If any statements made by you on this, or any other document, are untrue or misleading, your application may be rejected, or may constitute sufficient grounds for immediate termination of service.
