Cancellation Policy
Registrations cancelled more than 10 days before the event are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 10 days before the event, registration fees are non-refundable. Cancellations and refund requests must be requested in writing to our Registration Coordinator, Jackie Boxter, at jboxter@preventsuicidepa.org. Refunds are not provided for attendees who do not attend training/conference.
Substitutions are accepted at any time prior to the start of the training/conference at no additional cost. Substitution information should be sent to Jackie Boxter at jboxter@preventsuicidepa.org.
