    The BBT New Member Onboarding Form is Designed to help us as staff learn about you and your training goal.

    Purposes: The BBT Onboarding Form helps us build a profile around you and your goals. In doing so, this allows our team to better serve you. 

      

    Time Estimate: 5 to 10 Minutes (But who is really counting?) 

    Note:

    • Be Truthful: Yes this may eye-opening but your responses will impact how we will coach you, communicate with you, and game plan around you through your time at BBT. Don't lie to us (the pain is just too much).
    • Take Your Time: This is the first step of your new journey. Do you really want to rush your answers that are key in helping us unlock your future? (Remember you paid for this) 
    • Be Thorough: We ask that you are thorough, detailed, and introspective in your responses to us. In short, be the energy that you want to see from us. Take your time!

    Only once! BBT Members will be asked to complete this form only once in their lifetime of being a member! 

     

    How does this help my journey at BBT Fitness? 

    At BBT Fitness. We believe in helping our members create individual experiences in our training program. When BBT Fitness members fill out this form it gives a look into who they are and something to reference back to when we need to make adjustments to suit your needs.
