- The church is ONLY responsible to set up for Church Ministry Events. The church will assist with the set up for your event, if staff members are available.
- Once approved, a staff member will contact you concerning your requested plan or an alternative set up plan if needed.

EVENT FEES

If this event is a ministry of Spring Hills Baptist Church, or an approved church-related function, there are no fees. For non-SHBC events, there may be fees associated with the use of the facility. Fees will be assessed when reservation is confirmed. All fees must be paid prior to the event. Any non-SHBC activities must also comply with the SHBC Facility Usage Policy.
