  • PLEASE NOTE: SHBC reserves the right to close the facility when weather conditions cause the parking lot and walkways to be unsafe during non-business and Worship hours. Please check the website to determine if the facility has been closed due to weather conditions.

  • REQUESTED ROOM SET UP

    • Please explain in detail how you would like the room to be set up.
    • The church is ONLY responsible to set up for Church Ministry Events. The church will assist with the set up for your event, if staff members are available.
    • Once approved, a staff member will contact you concerning your requested plan or an alternative set up plan if needed.



  • CHILDCARE POLICY

    Care of Preschool and/or School Age Children of all associated SHBC Ministries will be offered in our church facility as follows:
    1. The care of children from birth to kindergarten is provided free of charge during each of our Weekend Congregational Worship Services. This will be referred to as "Preschool Childcare" and shall be supervised by SHBC Trained Staff and Volunteers in our designated Preschool Dept.

    2. The care of children from birth to grades 6 outside of our Weekend Congregational Worship Services will be referred to as "Childcare" and shall be supervised by SHBC Trained Staff and Volunteers in any one of several locations. The location[s] shall be predetermined and it is provided free of charge during the following days and times:

      > Sun., 6-8 pm
      > Mon., 6-9 pm
      > Tue., 6-9 pm
      > Wed., 6-8 pm

    3. If these days and time options DO NOT meet need of a ministry, then additional days/times may be arranged at the SHBC Ministry's Financial expense. Whereby a minimum of $44 per event will be charged [two workers at two hours], with further fees assessed as more room and hour needs increase.

    4. If additional days/times are necessary, we ask that the following steps be performed:
      a) Complete an "Event Childcare Form" from the SHBC website three weeks prior to your event.
      b) Receive an SHBC Department approval via email or phone.

    5. Once approval has been granted, paid workers for childcare will be allocated.

  • EVENT FEES

    If this event is a ministry of Spring Hills Baptist Church, or an approved church-related function, there are no fees. For non-SHBC events, there may be fees associated with the use of the facility. Fees will be assessed when reservation is confirmed. All fees must be paid prior to the event. Any non-SHBC activities must also comply with the SHBC Facility Usage Policy.
