Why Join L.E.A.D.?
- LEAD is an answer to your Baptismal call to evangelize and grow in your Catholic faith.
- LEAD members help with several projects and events a year which:
  - help those in our parish community
  - support those in need in our city and county
  - lead others teens closer to Christ
  - look great on college applications & resumes
- You can receive a letter of recommendation from the Youth Minister when applying to colleges/programs or jobs.
- Attend retreats and conferences for a discounted price (or free).
- Grow and become an intentional Catholic disciple as you walk with others in the faith.
To Join:
- Attend an interview with the Youth Minister
- Attend trainings over the summer
- Be able to make the necessary time commitment to the ministry
- Be able to balance service, school, and extracurricular activities
- Parent signature ensuring your family knows the commitment required to join LEAD
Once Accepted:
- Download the GroupMe app and join a groupchat with LEAD members
- Meet monthly with Core team for trainings
- Attend the 5:00pm Sunday Youth Mass together as a team
- Attend and help plan/lead weekly Youth Ministry Nights
- Help lead and run Confirmation Small Groups on Sundays
- Help plan and lead on retreats
- Help plan and lead any events throughout the year, ie fundraisers
- Focuses on Evangelization and reaching out to others about the Catholic faith

Reasons for Dismissal from L.E.A.D.:
- Unable to work in a team setting and/or an unacceptable attitude or behavior.
