1. I/We have read and understood the School’s Enrolment Policy and Guidelines and agree that if my child's enrolment is successful I/we will comply with them and encourage our child to do the same.
2. I/We have read and understood the School’s Purpose and Concerns and agree that if my child's enrolment is successful we will work in partnership with and to actively support the School in fulfilling these Purpose and Concerns and we will encourage our child to do the same.
3. I/We have read and understood the School’s Learning Partnership Understanding and agree that if my child's enrolment is successful we will work in partnership with and to actively support this Learning Partnership Understanding principles and we will encourage our child to do the same.
4. I/We have read and agree to comply with The Friends’ School Enrolment Contract and understand that these may be amended by the School’s Board of Governors from time-to-time.
5. I/We agree that the information provided within this Application for Admission has been provided with full and truthful disclosure of our child’s personal, educational, wellbeing and health information.
6. I/We understand that this is an Application for Admission only and does not confirm a place at the School.
7. I/We understand and acknowledge there is a non-refundable Application for Admission fee to cover administration costs.
8. I/We consent to the collection, use, disclosure and retention of personal information about the student from time-to-time and is in accordance with the School’s Privacy Policy and Privacy Guidelines.
