Base Move Agreement

You will be charged a minimum listed below at the time-of-service scheduling. If the actual time taken is less than 2.5hrs, we will refund the difference within 72hrs. If the service is over 2.5hrs, the balance is due prior to unhooking your load from our truck. Our time does not stop until payment is satisfied.

KITSAP TOWING agrees to operate OWNER’S vehicle for the purpose of moving on to below listed Naval Base. KITSAP TOWING may elect to use their own tractor to transport load.

OWNER agrees to hold KITSAP TOWING harmless of any damage caused to vehicle being driven and/or damage vehicle may cause to any other property. KITSAP TOWING is not responsible for any property being transported on vehicle. All items relating to insurance will be the sole responsibility of the OWNER.

OWNER agrees to pay KITSAP TOWING 2.5 hours at $300 plus applicable sales tax & fees for the first 2.5 hours of services up front. This time will begin when KITSAP TOWING’S driver parks their transportation at the base. The first 2.5 hours is to be paid in advance of a driver being dispatched. Should the driver be unable to complete the call, because of cancellation by the OWNER or refusal by the Naval Base you will be billed at $300 plus applicable sales tax & fees per hour.

OWNER agrees to pay each additional hour after the first hour at $300 per hour plus applicable sales tax. If the job takes less time than 2.5 hours upon completion the customer will be refunded the extra time (but the cost will never be less than $300 plus applicable sales tax). If the job takes more than 2.5 hours the customer will be responsible for the additional charges of $300 an hour plus applicable sales tax.
