• Club Room's - Booking Request

  • Conditions:

    Any private or outside event cannot prevent club members accessing the club to use the normal facilities. Those hosting private socials must ensure that invited guests are aware that club members must not be challenged or denied access to the clubhouse.

    The member is required to be on site for the duration of the event and will take full responsibility for the safety of the clubhouse during the event.
    The member must ensure that the bar is run by a member.
    The member is responsible for:

    • tidying and cleaning thereafter
    • removing all waste from clubhouse to relevant outside bins
    • removing recycling to the appropriate outside bin
    • switching off all equipment in the galley
    • ensuring the dishwasher is empty
    • ensuring they know how to use the SUMUP card machine
    • securing and locking up the clubhouse.

    If the clubhouse is not found in a clean and secure state, the HC will decline all future bookings from the member. A charge may be incurred.
    If alcohol is found to be missing, there may be a charge incurred.
    Any damage to the clubhouse will be the responsibility of the member.
