Rules for Submission:
Participation is open to schools located in Adams or York Counties, Pennsylvania, and the communities of Emmitsburg, Thurmont, Taneytown, and Union Bridge, Maryland. All submissions must be made by a teacher using an official registered school email address. Parents, classroom helpers, and individual student submissions are not eligible. Flavor ideas must be edible, safe for consumption, and made using ingredients that are reasonably obtainable. Tree nuts are not permitted; however, peanut butter is acceptable. Strong submissions should include both a base flavor and inclusions (example: vanilla base with Doritos inclusions).
