    **The three student rooms are very user friendly to use. Each room has the ability to use either two wireless handheld microphones or one handheld microphone and one lapel microphone. These rooms all have tv screens in them. Please indicate on the form below if you need to project your computer onto the screens.
  • *Please note that you must provide your own laptop computer. The computer you provide must be equipped with an HDMI or USB-C output.

  • Rolls of disposable table covers are available in kitchens for food tables.

    If you want round table covers, please contact your ministry leader to discuss purchasing disposable covers.

    1. Heritage Baptist Church reserves the right to approve or deny any and all requests.
    2. Submitting this form does not guarantee approval of the request(s); please do not publicize your event until approved confirmation has been given via email.
    3. Due to the high amount of resource requests, please allow 5 business days processing time for us to work out the logistics and details with our facilities and church ministries.
    4. To avoid confusion, the event organizer is responsible for making the Resource Request as well as any subsequent changes to the Resource Request. Changes from other event personnel will not be accepted unless sent via the event organizer.
    5. If information is neglected and a second form is submitted, its data will supersede the initial form submission.   
    6. Use of HBC equipment must be authorized through the appropriate department personnel.
    7. An adult (18 years or older) must be present at the activity at all times and carry an active cell phone for emergencies.
    8. If a room request is approved, keys must be picked up during regular office hours of Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm (summer hours my vary so please confirm before attempting to pick up keys) the week of the event.
    9. Consumable kitchen supplies (plates, napkins, cutlery, etc.) are for on-campus church ministry use only.
    10. On Monday through Friday, all events must be out by 10:30 pm. Saturday events must be out by 10 pm.
    11. Setup and cleanup is the responsibility of the ministry and/or event organizer.
    12. Church resources may be reserved for on-campus, private events; they may only be reserved for off-campus events for official church ministries.
      **We do not rent out resources for off-campus, private-party events.**
    13. If you use any audio-visual equipment you may be responsible for any damages to the equipment. 
    14. For private events: all payments may be submitted via cash or check. Deposit fees will be refunded via mailed check upon facilities/equipment being left clean and undamaged.
