Terms and Conditions
The Employer of the Month is free to enter. There is no restriction on how entries can be made for each individual company. Entries must be received no later than the deadline shown on the website. No liability for entries lost or delayed in transmission will be accepted. By entering Employer of the Month, applicants agree to be part of the publicity if they are finalists or winners in any category. The event organisers reserve the right to change judging deadlines should circumstances necessitate.
The winners will be decided by a panel of expert judges and headline sponsor, Element Recruitment. The judges’ decisions are final and binding and they cannot enter into correspondence about the shortlisting process, choice of finalists or winners. The organisers reserve the right to publicise the results of the competition and use winning entries in press releases and published case histories. It is a condition of entry that participants will co-operate with the media. Winners may refer to the competition in any promotional material. Previous months runners up will be considered in other months.
All data shared when entering Employee of the Month will be used for administration ONLY. Nomination details will be kept private and selected details only will be shared with our carefully selected panel of judges in order to make their selection.
Reach plc and members of its group will not use your data for any marketing purposes. All details will be deleted one year from the launch date. We take data protection very seriously, and your data will not be shared with any third parties with your permission.
