***CCA Swim Club has an open application process and does not discriminate against any applicant based on race, color, religion, ethnic origin, sexual orientation or physical disability. All applicants must submit the required membership fees at the time of application. Applications for membership are accepted as long as full payment is received at time of application and confirmed by the CCA management team. The CCA board of directors or its designee reserves the right to limit access to the pool or pool facilities based on occupancy and safety rules and regulations as stated by the State of Maryland and City of Baltimore. This is to ensure safety of all members and guests. CCA reserves the right to revoke membership, with cause, for violations of pool conduct rules. Appeals may be made in writing, directly to the CCA board. In submitting this application, we agree to do our part to maintain safety for all at the pool. Members accept full responsibility for all risk of exposure to the Coronavirus at the pool or while on the grounds of the Coldspring Swim Club***
