IMPORTANT: PRIVATE GALLERY ACCESS & SAFETY

The privacy and online safety of the students and athletes we photograph are very important to us.

If you are not the student's or athlete's parent or legal guardian, you must either obtain the gallery password directly from their parent or legal guardian or have the parent or legal guardian contact our studio to provide written permission for us to grant you access.

This policy helps us protect the privacy of the young students and athletes we photograph.

PRIVATE GALLERY PASSWORD​ INFORMATION

PLEASE SUBMIT A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH ATHLETE

Your private gallery password will be emailed to you once your athlete's photo gallery is ready to view.

If you haven't received your gallery password within 5 business days of submitting this form, please check your Junk/Spam folder, as our email may have been filtered there.

If you still haven't received your gallery password after 5 business days, please contact us, and we'll be happy to resend the email to you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT LATE GALLERY REQUESTS

Not all athletes' photos are automatically prepared for online viewing. As explained on our Picture Day order forms, we only prepare photos and create private galleries for athletes whose parents or guardians have:

• Placed an order on Picture Day.
  
  
• Prepaid for photos through our website.
  
  
• Selected the option on our paper order form to view and order photos online.
  
  
• Contacted our studio and provided an email address to request gallery access.

If none of these steps were completed, your athlete's photos may not have been prepared, and a private gallery may not have been created.

Please allow up to 5 additional business days after submitting your Late Gallery Request Form for us to prepare your athlete's photos and create their private gallery.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to make your athlete's photos available for viewing!

Before submitting a gallery request, please check with your athlete to confirm they had their photo taken on Picture Day.

We offer every athlete the opportunity to be photographed, whether or not they have an order form or plan to purchase photos later. Before wrapping up Picture Day, our studio always makes a final announcement to give any athletes who haven't been photographed one last opportunity to participate.

However, we cannot require an athlete to have their photo taken. If you would like photos of your athlete, please make sure they know to participate in their team's scheduled Picture Day.
