We require a $200 non-refundable deposit to reserve your puppy. The puppy will be returned to a "for sale" status if the deposit is not received within 7 days of declaration to buy. Puppies will be sold to fit homes only and we reserve the right to refuse the sale of our dogs to anyone at our own discretion.

If the puppy is to be shipped, payment of total balance due including all shipping costs is to be received 14 days prior to shipping date, unless other arrangements are approved. Acceptable forms of payment for the deposit are as follows: Checks made payable to Mark or Cherie Thompson or Paypal sent to ozarkgoldendoodles@gmail.com. Credit cards accepted through Paypal only.

If you are picking the puppy up at our location, cash only is accepted at that time for the remaining balance. If you wish to pay the balance by check or Paypal it must be done so 14 days prior to pick-up.

All puppies must be picked up or shipped prior to 9 weeks of age unless special arrangements are made.

After filling out this form, you have two options for submitting your deposit:

1. Send payment via PayPal.

2. Send payment via check.

You will receive confirmation by e-mail or phone within 1 day of receipt after your deposit is received.
