18th Annual Swish For Make-A-Wish

Registration

All players are required to pay $5 to play in the tournament and all proceeds will go directly to Make-A-Wish Central New York. Players can choose to play in the Pro or Semi-Pro bracket based on team's basketball skill set. Teams can range from 5 to 8 players but the tournament will be played in a 5 v. 5 setup. The event will run from 10 am to 4 pm on April 27th and players are expected to arrive no later than 9:50 am that day. $5 registration fee includes a t-shirt, breakfast and lunch, and tournament style play all day. Please fill in the form below on behalf of your finalized team (you can have up to 8 players, so you don't need to fill every box below depending on team size) but please reach out to us if you have any questions about teams, registration, etc at prssa.ic@gmail.com.
All players will be required to pay the $5 registration fee (cash only) in order to play on April 27th. We ask that you drop off your fee or your entire teams fees when we are tabling in the Campus Center lobby on March 19th and April 18th. If you cannot make those dates to hand in your registration fee(s), we will work with you to find another time to pay. We will also be sending you liability waivers once your team is signed up to allow for you to play in the tournament.
