Valley Country Club Pool Locker Agreement

By renting a pool locker at Valley Country Club, it is your responsibility to:
- Due to the increased number of families at Valley, we are limiting pool lockers to one per family (in each locker room).
- Lockers are on a first come, fist served basis. You are not guaranteed the locker you have selected until this form is submitted.
- Lockers are $20 per locker for the season.
- You are responsible for bringing your own lock.
- Avoid bringing valuables and never leave your possessions unattended.
- Report any maintenance/vandalism regarding your locker to the lifeguard office.
- Vacate your locker prior to September 2nd (Labor Day) when the pool closes for the season.
