AGREEMENT: Whereas the undersigned vendor of the Newberry Festival agrees to the following: Vendor is not an employee but an independent contractor of the Newberry Festival committee and is not under its supervision or direction with the exception of direction for set up spot and electrical hook up.
Whereas the vendor acknowledtes the potential risk of injury as a result of his or her service and hereby waives release and agrees to defer and hold the Newberry Festival and Committee Members againsst all loss, liability or damages to death of person or damage to property sustained in the course of the Newberry Festival.
MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO NEWBERRY FESTIVAL and mail to 7110 E 1000N, Odon IN 47562. Registration and payment must be made by August 4th, 2018 to guarantee booth space.
