I understand it is ILLEGAL to scan, copy, add a filter, print or reproduce without PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Reproduction does include downloading, saving to hard-drive, posting on personal websites/blogs/social media ONLY with photographer's acknowledgment. PHOTO SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my session is not confirmed until the nonrefundable retainer is paid. Weather cancellations will be made at the photographer's discretion. Tardiness may result in rescheduling or cancelling my session. My session will remain within the scheduled time frame even if I am tardy. If I need to reschedule I will give notice prior to 48 hours of said reserved session date, otherwise I forfeit transfer of my nonrefundable retainer for a new session date. I will do my best to reschedule my session within two weeks of the original session date. I cannot always guarantee an available date two weeks out but will try my best to accommodate the photographer's schedule.*
