Rich Fork requires that those being married at the church be church members. We may require a "Certificate of insurance" and "Endorsement" with Rich Fork as an additional insured.

I understand there will a be a charge for the janitor and sound person/s as well as other charges. There is a flat fee for the janitor at $150.00 for 3 hrs and $30/hr thereafter. A flat fee of $75 for removing chairs in the MPB. The sound fee is a flat $100 for three hours and $30/hr thereafter.

Use of a professional caterer requires that they submit to Rich Fork a form called a Certificate of Insurance with Rich Fork Baptist Church as the named insured. The certificate may need to be accompanied by an Endorsement. Please ask for details.

No date is confirmed until fees are received in the office and a pastoral conference is scheduled. Call us at 336-476-6258 to confirm your dates. Please note: Because we are a larger church you may not have exclusive use of the entire campus. Other events/people could be in other areas of the building.
