TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sign Limits: 8 A-frame / 10 Arrow (per property)

Missing/Damaged Signs: $50 per sign (Agent to identify any existing damage)

Due Date: Wednesday following the open house

Late Return: $25 per day

Pick-up: No later than 5:00 p.m. Friday

Agent is responsible for the care and safe storage of all signs while in his/her possession.

Privileges to borrow Open House signs will be subject to revocation for chronic late returns and damaged signs.
