EVENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
BirdRock Contests
I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in this BirdRock Contest, organized by Travis Evraets and Glenn Wilbor and affiliated parties. I understand that my participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Waiver and Release:
I hereby waive, release, and discharge the event organizers, sponsors, affiliates, volunteers, and all associated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions that may arise from my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Assumption of Risk:
I understand and acknowledge that participation in BirdRock Contest may involve hazardous activities, and I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages resulting from my participation.
Medical Treatment Authorization:
In the event of an emergency, I authorize event personnel to seek medical treatment on my behalf and understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
Media Release:
I grant permission to BirdRock Contest and its affiliates to use my likeness, name, and images taken during the event for promotional purposes, without compensation or further approval.
Acknowledgment and Agreement:
I have read and understand this waiver and agree to its terms voluntarily. By signing below, I acknowledge that I am legally competent to sign and do so of my own free will.
