MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Sakshi Verma Photography, the photographer, to photograph myself and/or my spouse and/or underage children. I hereby grant and understand that Sakshi Verma Photography may use my images (but not limited too) social media/advertisement etc., and there will be no compensation to the above.

Minor and Non-Minor Model Release: The CLIENT hereby grants Sakshi Verma Photography and it's legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT and/or the CLIENTS MINOR CHILDREN or in which the CLIENT and/or CLIENTS MINOR CHILDREN may be included who is being photographed, for editorials, trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The CLIENT hereby releases Sakshi Verma Photography and it's legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relation to said photographs. This agreement incorporates the entire understanding of the parties. Any modifications of this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that something changes and you cannot attend your session, please contact me as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule, but I cannot guarantee immediate availability to do so. Your retainer is non-refundable but in the event we are able to reschedule your session, that retainer will be applied to that session.

Photographer's illness: In the unlikely event that the Photographer is injured or becomes ill, or has an extreme emergency that prevents her from photographing the session, the Photographer will make every effort to reschedule the session. If unable to reschedule due to Photographer cancelling, the Photographer will reimburse the retainer.

Late Policy: In the event that you are late to your session, photographer cannot guarantee extra time will be given which may result in less images being available for your finished gallery.

Privacy/Tagging on social media: Please give your preference for tags on Social Media/Sneak Peeks.

Printed marketing materials to promote Sakshi Verma Photography

Editing/Archival/Product Delivery/Reshoots: Sakshi Verma Photography will only guarantee backup digital files from your session for a period of 180 days from delivery date. The images would be colour corrected, and lightly retouched as per the photographer's sensibilities. Extensive retouching is not included in the terms of this session. Digital images from your session are generally completed within 2 weeks of session date. Photographer will communicate with client if there are extenuating circumstances preventing this time frame. Re-shoots are to be determined at the discretion of the photographer.

Limitation of Liability: In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract or down payment. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

PORTRAIT SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my session is not confirmed until the retainer(HK$1000) is paid. Balance amount is due on the day of the session.
