  • To complete your residential rental application, you must be prepared to provide 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide 3 years of work history including information and verification of your monthly income with last 2 months of pay stubs. We require that applicant combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount that you are responsible for, and a TransUnion credit score of at least 600.  Income can include things like 1099 income, Social Security disability income, and rental assistance subsidies like housing choice vouchers.
     

    Each adult over the age of 18 years old, must fill out an application and submit the $40.00 application fee. Please fill out the application completely and submit with payment. If information is left out, your application will be returned and not processed.
