The Crisfield community is encouraged to hold yard sales on their property or to partner with a friend with property on a highly traveled street to sell items. Yard Sales or yART Sales, both old and new, and art supplies such as brushes and frames are also encouraged.
The City Parking lot may be used for those who do not have yard space on a highly traveled road. Limited spaces will be available and are on a first come, first serve basis. Individuals assume all responsibility for their property.
Want all the benefit of decluttering with none of the work of hosting a sale? Support Crisfield Community Radio WBYC 107.3, by donating items, which can be dropped off at the Somerset Arts Council, 1101 W. Main St. in Crisfield on October 13th, 18th, 19th & the 20th from 11 am to 2pm. These items will be sold at the radio station at 4 South Seventh Street, Crisfield (across from Big Willey's).
Bussineses are encouraged to set up an end of season sale on their sidewalk outside their building.
Join our city-wide Yard yART Sale on October 21st from 7 AM – Noon. You can participate in four ways:
- By setting up a sale on your own property or by combining with neighbors to create one big street sale.
- By setting up a sale in the City Parking Lot (front lawn of Corbin Studio & Gallery is also available).
- Businesses can set up a sale outside their building.
- By donating items to WBYC who will be set up outside radio station.
