COSTS

• PSSA Knockout games— $25 per referee, $12.50 per linesman
• Bill Turner Cup and Trophy Games— $35 per referee, $17.50 per linesman
• Opens — $50 per referee, $25 per linesman
• Payment to be made on the day. If required, Macquarie Football can issue an invoice.
