Discovery Bay International School Withdrawal Form
To withdraw a student, please complete this form not less than 60 days (excludes July & August) before the student leaves DBIS. If students are not returning to DBIS after the summer holidays, official notice must be given on or before 28th April.

The school will charge school fees in lieu of the above notice period is not adhered to, as follows:

Notice received (excluding July & August)
- 1 - 15 days late : 0.5 Month
- 16 - 30/31 days late : 1 Month
- 32 - 45 days: 1.5 Months
- 46 - 60 days: 2 Months
