These Terms & Conditions set forth for the terms of membership in the Distinctive Tile Interior Design Affiliation Program (henceforth referred to as “Distinctive Designer Program”). Distinctive Tile may change the Distinctive Designer Program and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Changes will be noted on the For Designers page of the Distinctive Tile website. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions become effective immediately upon being posted and your continued use of your membership constitutes your agreement to the then-current Terms and Conditions.
Distinctive Tile & Design reserves the right to make all Distinctive Designer Program membership determinations at its sole discretion. Each interior designer must individually apply for Distinctive Designer Program membership. No company-wide or group memberships will be granted.
Designer Program purchases do not qualify for tax exemption unless referred the client has their own tax exempt certificate. A Designer Program member's tax exempt certificate cannot be used by referred clients.
Distinctive Tile & Design respects your privacy. As a member of the Distinctive Designer Program, your email is added to our “Distinctive Designer Newsletter”, an email newsletter for Distinctive Designers only. You will receive communications from us about exclusive designer events and promotions. You may opt-out of the newsletter at any time. We do not share any personal information we might receive from you.
Interior Design Affiliate membership is a privilege and is non-transferable. The membership may only be used at Distinctive Tile & Design for purchases by the member or clients of the member. The discount only applies to materials. Discount does not apply to labor, shipping or taxes.
