Individuals who are going to provide service as Board Members, Facilitators or Mentors must have a valid criminal record check. CDRJS will provide access to an online Criminal Record Check application and the process is free of charge.
Conditions of Membership with Cranbrook and District Restorative Justice Society

I, hereby make application to become a member of Cranbrook and District Restorative Justice Society ("the Society"). upone accetance by the Board of Directors of the Society, I will become a member of the Society, and I will have full voting privileges, according to the Bylaws of the Society.

Upon becoming a member of the Society, I hereby promise to comply with and uphold the Bylaws of the Society.

I understand that the membership in the Society shall terminate upon the following events:

a) by my delivering a written notice of resignation to the secretary of the Society or by delivering it to the address of the Society, or

b) Upon my death, or

c) Upon my being expelled by a special resolution of the membors of the Society, passed at the duly constituted general meeting, subject to the provisions of the Bylaws of the Society.
