1.  We can only accept full music videos.  We cannot accept lyric videos.

2.  Please submit videos in only the following format:

- Video Format: MP4, HD 4K
- Video Size: 1920 x 1080 pixels
- Videos uploaded should have the same consistent Frames Per Second (FPS) for example 30FPS / 24FPS
- Videos uploaded should have the same consistent Bitrate for example 29-29.9 or 30.

We cannot accept .mov format because our system will not recognize it.  If your video is in .mov, please convert it to the above settings before submitting.

Upload Guidelines for Texas Country Network

Thank you for your interest in broadcasting your music video on Texas Country Network! To ensure the highest quality and consistency across our network, please adhere to the following video upload requirements:

A. Professional Production Quality:

Videos must be professionally produced. Please note that homemade videos and lyric videos are not accepted. For guidance on what constitutes a professionally produced video, we invite you to download the TXCN app on Roku or Fire TV to view examples.

B. Video Specifications:

Resolution: Videos should be in 1920 x 1080 HD resolution.
Format: Please use H.264 codec, encapsulated in an MP4 file format.
Framerate: Submissions should be at either 24 fps or 30 fps.

C. Audio Specifications:

Codec: Use AAC with a bitrate of 320 kbps.
Sample Rate: Ensure the audio sample rate is 48 kHz.

We cannot accept .mov format because our system will not recognize it.  If your video is in .mov, please convert it to the above settings before submitting.

D. Content Guidelines:

No Added Elements: Videos must not include any additional text, logos, or subtitles. (No lyric videos)
Intro Duration: Any introductory segment before the music starts should not exceed 30 seconds.
Ending: Videos should conclude with the end of the music; please do not extend the video beyond the audio fade-out.

E. Downloadable link in the format requested:

F. Rename Your Video File:

Please rename your video file: ArtistName - SongTitle.mp4

G.  Include Thumbnail Cover Art

Please include thumbnail cover art graphics 1280 x 720 px
 

VIDEO RELEASE FORM

I hereby grant permission to Texas Country Network the rights of my image, in video or still, and of the likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video tape.  I certify that the music in the video submitted has been registered with the named Professional Rights Organization(s) by the songwriter(s) listed.  l waive any right to any compensation arising or related to the use of my image recording with the exception of music royalties already registered with my Professional Rights Organization for the music used in my video.

I understand here is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.

I understand that I should not expect any remuneration for my music video being broadcast with Texas Country Network.

Photographic, audio or video recordings may be used for ANY USE which may include but is not limited to:

Network Broadcast; Presentations; Online/Internet Videos; Media; News (Press);

By signing this release, I understand this permission signifies that photographic, video and audio recordings of me may be electronically displayed on Texas Country Network via television, network broadcast, online/internet or other sources.

I understand that I will be consulted about the use of the photographs or video recording for any purpose other than those listed above.

By checking the YES, I AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOVE.  I certify that I am the legal owner or legally authorized representative of the owner of video and recordings submitted and have full authority to authorize the release of said video and recordings.  I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby release any and all claims to Texas Country Network, it's affiliates, successors or assigns.

If this release is obtained from a person under the age of 18, then the submission and agreement must be completed by parent or legal guardian.
