    Please note, registration has now closed. If you register now, you will not be able to get a printed name badge and we cannot account for your spesfic catering needs. But if you'd still like to come to YFGM, please regsiter and we will be able to have an electorc copy of your medical records.

  • If you have been to YFGM before, would you be willing to be a base group coordinator? Base group coordinators play an active role in helping to make sure their base group is ready when it is their turn to do the washing up, chopping veg for dinner, playing games through the weekend. They can also help lead discussions when people are in base groups during sessions. (If you agree, you will be contacted before the event to be given more detail).

  • Accessibility

  • Most people at YFGM gatherings sleep on the meeting house floor. If you would like off-site accommodation, it is understood that you will find your own, but please contact yfgm@quaker.org.uk if you're struggling.

  • After registeration for the event has closed, you will receive documents in advance. These will contain travel information, the agenda for the weekend, and more information on what YFGM weekend entails. However, if it's your first YFGM and have other questions you'd like to ask, the coordinator can contact you.

''I'm worried about meeting lots of new people, I'm concerned about the cost of coming to YFGM'' or ''I usually attend YFGM, but have recently had a family member diagnosed with an illness and would like the organisers to be aware of this''...
