Copyright Information

All images copyright by Tanja Pack and Kara's Mom Photography. It is illegal to scan, copy or reproduce the work of Kara's Mom Photography in any manner or medium and punishable by law. Copying, saving, or printing images from Kara's Mom Photography’s website, blog, or fan page is illegal. Your initials on this page indicate that you intend to comply.

In simpler words, do NOT scan or photograph any prints you receive back from Kara's Mom Photography for any purpose (such as reprints or posting to social media)!                                                                                                                                                                                            

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due to secure booking. This guarantee’s the time allotted for you. Should payment not be received within 24 hours, Kara's Mom Photography reserves the right to offer the date and time to another client. 

Sessions

Session includes Tanja Pack’s time & talent and a minimum of 15 edited proofs that are picked by Kara's Mom Photography for you to choose from. The selection of which images will be edited is solely up to the photographer and her professional opinion. The $350 fee includes 10 digital files

$250 balance is due the day of your session.

Timeline

·        Personal Viewing Gallery: your session images will be available for viewing in your password protected Gallery within three weeks of your session. The Gallery will contain at least 15 retouched images from your session. The photographer will handpick these images. Each of these images will be retouched and enhanced based on the photographer’s artistic vision. The photographer reserves the right to edit and release only those deemed creditable as professional in quality and within the photographer’s artistic standards. The Gallery will be available for 4 days.

·        Payment is due in full the day before your session.

·        You will receive your digitals immediatly after you make your selection. You may choose to add images or choose to purchase your full Gallery.

Appearance of Printed Images

Printed images may differ slightly in color and appearance from how they are seen on your computer. The cropping for Images ordered in sizes other than 5x7 will vary slightly from the crop shown in your proofing gallery.              

Safety, Liability, and Behavior

By commissioning a photo session with Kara's Mom Photography, you agree that at the shoot and any related meeting, you alone will be held liable for your own safety and for the safety and behavior of your children. You also agree to release Kara's Mom Photography from all liability should any accidents or injuries occur during the session.

Prices

9% sales tax will be added to your order. Prices are non negotiable and subject to change at any time.                                                                                                                                                                                                

Special Fees

·        Your online gallery expires after 4 days. There is a $20 fee to republish the Gallery for another 24 hours unless an order has already been placed. No exceptions can be made to this rule. If Gallery did expire reactivation fee must be paid within immediately after expiration

·        For groups larger than 4 people, $10 extra per person will apply. Only siblings - friends, cousins require separate session fee.

Referral Credit

For every client that you refer who completes a session, you will receive a complimentary 8x10 with your next session. There is no limit to the number of referral credits you may earn.

Cancellation and Re-Shoots

If you must cancel due to an illness or emergency, please provide as much notice as possible. Deposits will be applied to the new session if appropriate notice of cancellation is received and if a new session is booked within one week, based on the photographer’s availability. Cancellations without notice will forfeit the deposit and a new deposit is required to schedule a new session. Re-Shoots are at the discretion of the photographer and are not given for regretful choices such as hair and clothing choices. Should the photographer offer a re-shoot all parties must be clothed in the same attire as the previous session and the re-shoot will take place at the same location. Depending on the reason for the re-shoot this is up to the photographers discretion.

                                            

                                                                                                                                                                                 

Usage Release

By commissioning a photo session with Kara's Mom Photography you consent that all images taken of you and your child(ren) may be used by Kara's Mom Photography for the purpose of display, advertising, marketing, portfolio, or publication to promote the company, business or name. They may also be used for Kara's Mom Photography’s website, blog, and fan page. You agree that the images can be used without additional compensation to the undersigned. You agree that you are full age and have the right to contract in your own name.

Gift Certificates

        Any gift certificates obtained after session is already booked shall not be applied to session. Session is considered booked once payment for session fee is received.
