My name is Fahd, perhaps we've spoken on the phone at least once by now, and if not we should right away! I've been on this life journey of empowering young leaders and I'm thrilled to have you on board. 

The form below is a series of questions that will help make it super easy for both of us to get all the details out of the way, confirmations of dates, times, locations, pricing and needs. Get that all out of the way so we can focus on the important stuff - bringing value to your audience. 

As a proud Carleton Alumni, I'm excited about this partnership that will allow me to serve you without any financial burdens!

This AGREEMENT is made between {name} of {nameOf},and Fahd Alhattab ("Speaker"), 193 Flat Sedge Cresent, Ottawa, ON, on {typeA37}. 

The speaker to the best of his ability shall present for the following:

Session Date and Time: {typeA37} {startTime}

At the Event Venue: {addressFor38}

To an audience of: {howMany}

1. Audio or videotaping of my speech is NOT allowed unless a written agreement has been granted in advance. Thank you for respecting my intellectual property.

2. Additional speeches or time requested outside the terms of the Agreement are subject to an additional fee consideration per hour - as stated at the time of {name} request. 

3. {name} of {nameOf} will provide the Audio/Visual requirements I've attached to this agreement. If any of the requirements cannot be made, alternatives must be offered and agreed upon with me in advance of the speech date.

5. If I must cancel due to an unforeseen personal emergency or airline/weather complications, I will do my best to find a speaker for this event of equal value/talent (if desired) or immediately refund the Holding Deposit. 

6. If I have commenced travel to your event and the engagement is cancelled due to an 'Act of God' (e.g. ice storm, earthquake) or a dangerous situation (e.g. riots, violence) {name} of {nameOf} will be responsible for my travel expenses. However, my fee will not be charged and the Holding Deposit (if collected) will be returned or applied to travel costs (all excess will be returned). 

The Holding Deposit is also paid directly by Carleton University, however, should be taken seriously as last minute cancellations are a great nuisance. 

A former at-risk child turned leader and entrepreneur, Fahd Alhattab’s mission is to enable people to drive change, build their dreams, and embrace leadership.

Though still a youth, Fahd launched a camp for underprivileged kids; raised more than 1,2 million dollars for Ottawa charities; and spoke at National We Day, Count Me In and many other youth collectively now over 22,000 people! His savvy skills and off-beat attitude landed him Canada’s Top 20 Under 20 Award in 2013.

He proved himself an entrepreneur while completing two terms as the President of Carleton University Students’ Association and representing 25,000 students at all government levels. He founded the Hatch Centre, 15 student startups, and raised more than $200,000 in seed capital while also managing a team of 150 staff and an eight-million-dollar budget. Post-graduation, Fahd launched a tech-startup that raised thousands of dollars through a crowdfunding campaign.

Fahd has built a reputable career in leadership development, motivational speaking, and creative fundraising. With a fun demeanour and a background in youth work, Fahd entertains and engages the audience, and leaves them feeling empowered to be the leaders of today – not tomorrow.
