ADOPTION APPLICATION

Welcome to New Hope Cat Rescue and Sanctuary adoption program. The following information is required for the adoption process. In order for your application to be considered, you must answer all questions in this application.

Be 21 years of age or older
Have proper means of transportation for your cat, ie: crate or carrier
Have identification showing your present address
Have knowledge and consent from your landlord if you rent
Be able and willing to spend the time and money necessary to provide medical treatement and proper care of the cat(s)
Be willing to pay the general cost for a pet which is approximately $700 per year for food and medical costs
Agree the cat must be indoor only and may not be declawed
Understand that New Hope Cat Rescue has the right to approve or deny your adoption application
We will retain your application for our files
Upon approval of your application, you must also sign a contract to finalize the adoption process
