This summer, Mitchell’s Culinary Arts program will hold a camp June 18-20, 8 a.m.–1 p.m. for aspiring chefs who are rising 11th and 12th graders (juniors and seniors). In this camp, students will learn basic cooking skills, knife skills, and food plate-ups. We will also go over how commercial kitchens are run and what everyday life is like in the restaurant business. At the end of the camp, each student will have the chance to create a dish from the skills they have learned. Also, each camper will receive a culinary apron for all their hard work.
