Chili Dog Walk Vendor Application
Fill the form below to participate as a vendor in Another Chance for Animals Chili Dog Walk. Forms that are not completly filled out will not be accepted. Once form has been completed we will send a invoice to your email for payment. Payment is due within 72 hours of invoice or wey will move to the next applicant. This event will take place at the Vanderburgh County 4H showbarns on October 26, 2019 from 11am-3pm. Set up will be the morning of the event starting at 8am. You may set up the evening before between 5-9pm if you prefer but we are not responsible for your items. If for any reason you need to cancel please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, no refunds will be given if it is less than 2 weeks before the show.

10x10 booth rental $30
Extra 6' x 2 1/2' tables $5 each
Table space, all items must fit on one table, table is not included. (Discount will not apply to this option) $10
We will have vendors inside and outside this year. Please select where you would prefer to be. If you choose outside you can still rent tables but you may want to bring a pop up tent.
