FHLBank Pittsburgh is seeking suppliers to contract for services and supplies on our copiers and printers. Please let me know if you have a diverse vendor who can provide service on XEROX and BROTHER devices.

We want a contract that supplies consumables (like toner and drums, etc. - NOT paper) and charges us by page count. We want a vendor that can service ALL the machines when there are issues. The Xerox multi-function machines will be leased from the vendor. We own the printers (Brother and Xerox).

We have approximately 10 walk-up multi-function machines (full color copy, scan, fax), and just under 40 B&W printers.
