Next, you will be asked to sign up for break-out sessions on Wednesday (5/8) and Thursday (5/9). Keep in mind that the break-out sessions are grouped in five different learning tracks. Sessions held on Wednesday are also repeated on Thursday as well.
Privatization 101 – All sessions relate to information that housing professionals at privatized bases will find useful. Recommend individuals with less than 5 years experience in Housing Privatization choose from these sessions.
Privatization 201 – All sessions relate to information that housing professionals at privatized bases will find useful. Recommend individuals with 5 years experience or more in Housing Privatization choose from these sessions.
MHO Operations – Whether you are at a privatized base or not, these sessions will benefit you. Sessions about MICT, Budgeting and ExPlans, GOQ Management, and Referral Programs are just some of the content available.
eMH – This learning track will be taught by eMH training personnel. They will be teaching modules mandated for use at every installation. Be sure to choose the ones that will be most useful to you.
Unaccompanied Housing – This learning track provides content for housing professionals that manage the overall dorm program. Sessions about MICT, Inventory, Utilization and Occupancy, Furnishings, and more will provide you with meaningful content that you will be able to use as soon as you return to your base.
