To secure either a half or whole hog raised on pasture and in our forest, please read this section in its entirety and complete the form below.

Hogs arrived on our farm in early November and will be raised to LIVE weight of approximately 350lbs. They will be taken to a USDA inspected processing facility in late April or late May. Processing typically takes approximately 3-4 weeks due to time required to cure and smoke cuts; think bacon!

We will provide you a cut sheet, and walk you through completing it before taking the hogs to the processor along with your cut sheet. The cut sheet will allow you to stipulate how you want your hog processed. 

When all of the pork is ready, we will pickup the pork from the processor and return it to Lillian Lee Farm. You will be required to pickup the pork later that same day during a time window specified. The time and date will be provided to you approximately 1 week in advance. Failure to do so could result in additional charges or loss of your pork.

We do not have storage capacity for the amount of pork we will be bringing back from the processor so it is absolutely necessary for you to pickup your pork during the window specified. Alternative arrangements are possible but must be arranged at the time of cut sheet completion.

This form is to order and place a non-refundable deposit to secure your pork. The balance will be due upon pickup.

Our pricing includes pickup of your pork from the processor by us, and basic processing costs. However, it does not include any Finer Processing (brats, grillers, links, patties, etc.) or Curing & Smoking. These range from $.50/lb to $2.65/lb additional cost and are noted on the cut sheets.
