***Please note we do NOT accept direct sales/businesses, ONLY crafters.***
You MUST have the following items ready to upload to complete the application:
1. Download and complete the guidelines and release form, and USE ADOBE ACROBAT to fill in and sign, save and upload to application.
2. A digtial photo of what your are selling, as we aim to have a wide variety of crafts (hint, if you wish to sell jewelry, bath/body products, or other popular items sign up early ad they fill up fast!). We may also use the photo on the festival website. Please note file requirements, if not submitted properly, your form will not submit and you will need to start over.
3. Payment. Payment is due to submit this application. If for any reason your application is declined, your money will be refunded. We reserve the right to decline the application of a vendor for any reason, such as too many of similar items, or a business applying for a space, as we only accept crafters. Submission of your application acknowledges your acceptance and understanding of the requirements and restrictions for all vendors, as listed on the guidelines sheet. Once your registration and payment is accepted, there will be no refunds unless extreme weather conditions prohibit us from holding the festival at all/on the raindate (refunds will not be given if festival is held on one day only).
