• Dietary / Allergies / Disabilities:

  • Due to Shaker Village being a historic site, it is not totally handicapped accessible. There are narrow stairs to most rooms and some indoor panels.  There are gravel roads and rock paths not conducive to most scooters or other small wheeled transportation. This is an event set in a country setting.

The Village does try to accommodate as many dietary restrictions as possible, within reason.  If you have an issue or possible concern, list it below and we will see what options are available. If your dietary issues of a major concern or ‘cross-contamination’ then it’s suggested you bringing your own food for your own safety and comfort.

Menus are planned around previous known food issues and allergies of past events.  But still list any food allergy you might have that we should be aware of.

  • Now for the nitty-gritty...

So, how will you be joining us?

Coming for the full event or just for the day?

6% Ky Sales Tax will be added on event tickets only.

You will have the option of adding meals a la carte later in the registration.
