Thank you for allowing Karma GetAways the opportunity to research a custom fare for your upcoming trip. We will work to get you the best package available, with our most attractive pricing.

Once you submit your travel requirements below you will receive an email within 24-48 business hours giving you access to your very own client portal where you will be able to view your travel quote and any future travel documents.

Please keep in mind that this is only a quote. Prices may change daily by the vendors or airlines which means no price is guaranteed until a deposit is made. Once a deposit has been received the price for the trip will be locked in at the price quoted. When you are ready to make a deposit towards your vacation I will verify the cost of the trip a second time to ensure the price hasn't changed before charging your card.

Quote Request Deposit

Eliminating window shoppers. We require a $25 (per destination) 'Research Fee' to research your reservation details. This amount WILL be applied as a CREDIT and deducted from your total booking cost however it can NOT be transferred towards another booking. This $25 credit towards your total EXPIRES 7 calendar days after your quote is provided. Flight, resort, and vendors prices change almost daily, if you wait to book then a new quote will need to be provided. We offer a 7 day grace period for rechecking prices when you are ready to finalize your booking within those 7 days. WE DO NOT STORE YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS IN THIS FORM NOR ARE WE ABLE TO VIEW THOSE DETAILS or provide Refunds after delivery of quote.
