Total fee for the services described above to be paid as follows:
Retainer fee: 50% of your package as a non-refundable retainer, required in order to reserve a postpartum date range on the Doula's calendar. This amount is due upon return of this contract signed by the Client.
Remaining Amount: Postpartum services will be billed by Love In Motion LLC on a weekly basis on Sunday to the Client's email.
Payment is due upon receipt of the Client's invoice. If invoice is not paid within 7 days, a late fee of $25 per day will be charged to the Client's account. If Invoice is not paid within 10 days, the credit card on file will be automatically charged.

There is a $5 fee per shift charge for fuel up to a 1-hour driving radius of Denver. There is a $100 fee per shift charge out of a 1 hour driving radius of the Greater Denver Area. In the event that the Doula needs to pay for parking and/or tolls, the Client will be responsible for the fee. This charge will be shown in the Client's weekly invoice.
If the Doula makes an errand run (groceries, formula, etc), reimbursement is required at the Doula's arrival to the Client's home upon receipt of the errand bill.
If alternative means of payment, such as barter, sliding scale, discounted rates or a payment plan are agreed upon, they must be notated in writing by the Client and Doula prior to the signing of this contract. Sliding scales, discounted rates, or payment plans will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Regarding any Doula’s failure to provide service under these terms of payment, they may or may not result in a refund of the Retainer/Deposit Fee and/or waiver of the Remaining Amount. Such agreements must be documented in this contract.
