Pro-Am Teacher Contract 2026

Dear Professional, we would like to invite you and your students to join us at the Philly Fall Fest, LLC, October 29th-November 1st, 2026 held at the Clarion Hotel at the Philly Airport. We would like to offer you the following Pro-Am Compensation Contract. All revenue collected and paid for by Wednesday, October 7th, 2026 will count towards your incentive package. Unfortunately, it becomes too difficult to keep track of registration after that point.
UCWDC Pro-Am Incentive Packages – we will provide the following:

1. Free Weekend Pass:
Each Pro bringing at least 2 students competing with at least 5 pro-am dance entries each.

2. Access to Hospitality (excluding Sat. dinner) and Free Weekend Pass:
Each Pro bringing at least $500 or more revenue to Philly Fall Fest.

3. 1 Hotel Night (double occupancy) directly paid by PFF, access to Hospitality including Saturday dinner & free Weekend Pass. Total revenue of at least $1000 or more.

4. 2 Hotel Nights (double occupancy) directly paid by PFF, access to Hospitality including Saturday Dinner & free Weekend Pass. Total revenue of $1500 or more

5. Pros bringing $2500 or more revenue should discuss with organizers special additional rewards. Contact Shari Huggett-Milton for details (919.539.7513).

Revenue consists of competitor event passes and dance entries only. Student/Competitor refunds or credits will lower the revenue balance which in turn may lower the Pros incentive package. Pro’s cannot join together to achieve the free weekend pass and/or hospitality access packages (#1 and #2) but can join together to receive room nights (#3 & #4). Hospitality = Breakfast on Saturday & Sunday, Lunch on Friday & Saturday. There is a great hotel resteraunt or tons of door dash & uber eats options.
