Philly Fall Fest Pro Contract-2025

UCWDC Pro-Am Incentive Packages – we will provide the following:

1. Free Weekend Pass:
Each Pro bringing at least 1 student competing with at least 5 pro-am dance entries each.

2. Saturday Night Murder Mystery Dinner and a Free Weekend Pass:
Each Pro bringing at least $500 or more revenue to Philly Fall Fest.

3. Access to Hospitality including Saturday Murder Mystery dinner & Free Weekend Pass: Each Pro bringing a total revenue of at least $1000 or more.

4. 10% Cash Rebate on Revenue, Access to Hospitality including Saturday Murder Mystery Dinner & Free Weekend Pass: Each Pro bringing a total revenue of $1500 or more.

(For example: You have several students competing and the total revenue from your students totals $1650, you receive $165 cash back onsite)

5. Pros bringing total $2500 or more revenue should discuss with event directors special additional rewards. Contact Shari Huggett-Milton for details (919.539.7513).

Fine Print: Pros will be required to make there own hotel reservations directly with the hotel, unless on some other contracted agreement (Staff Contract). Revenue consists of competitor event passes and dance entries only. Student/Competitor refunds or credits will lower the revenue balance, which in turn, may lower the Pros incentive package. Pro’s cannot join together to achieve any of these incentives . Hospitality = Breakfast on Friday, Saturday & Sunday, Dinner on Friday. There is a hotel resteraunt and are also tons of door dash & uber eats options.
