Accreditation Fee Structure

Accreditation Fee for Residential Programs: $4,000
Accreditation Fee for Non-Residential Programs: $2,500
Accreditation Fee for Additional Site Applications: $1,000 per site

A nonrefundable application fee of $250.00 is due with the submission of this application.

Upon receipt of this application, NCASES will invoice you for half of the accreditation fee. The remainder of the accreditation fee is due no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled Site Review.

Once accreditation is granted, NCASES will ship your custom framed certificate to your designated address. Additional copies are available for purchase for the amount of $150.

COA/NCASES Integrated accreditation
Our partnership with Council on Accreditation allows for COA & NCASES Site Teams to be on-site at the same time, simplifying the process for the achievement of dual accreditation. COA offers a 15% discount on their accreditation fee when you apply for an integrated accreditation.

Multiprogram Accreditation

The accreditation fee for the main program is $2,500 for day programs or $4,000 for residential programs. Under a multiprogram accreditation, the additional accreditation fee for each site not located on the main campus is $1,000 per program. NCASES considers separate programs to be those not located on the main campus.
