  • Please allow a minimum of 2 hour lead time for offer help requests. Please be sure to be realistic when considering the "When do you need the offer written?" question. DO NOT use "ASAP" as a response. If you have written that in, please adjust.

  • It is your responsibility as the agent to review the disclosures. Staff can send to clients but will not conduct a review. Please be sure you have reviewed before you submit an offer.

Add the contact(s) to a business tracker file labeled with their names and share the file with C2C staff. C2C cannot move forward with your request until the contacts are created and the file is shared.
