Within 30 days of completion of project, submit to the Central Florida Council the following documents:
1. A copy of the “Eagle Scout Service Project Report”
2. A detailed financial report
3. Copies of receipts for all expenditures
4. Photos of the project (emailed jpeg format preferred.)
5. Any unexpended Dr. Phillips Charities Grant Funds (to later become available for other candidates) - mail to David Tota.
6. Thank You Letter to Dr. Phillips Charities
