The below rate is for advertising ONE dog.

Provide photographer's release (photos must be high resolution (300 dpi) uncompressed TIFF or JPEG files). Photo file name must include your last name and the dog's name i.e., 'Wilson Pickles.jpg. Dog's 3-generation pedigree must be legible. When clicking the "Browse Files" button, YOUR document or photo files will be found on your computer, please select the file(s) from there.

Please provide information on the dog included in your listing. Place your curser in the first box to the right of "REGISTERED NAME". Each time you "tab" you will be taken to the next row in the column. You will have the opportunity to review all entries at the end of this form. Our staff will contact you if we have any questions.

IMPORTANT: ALL payments are through PayPal or Credit Card ONLY. Click on "Preview Prior to Submit". You may go back and change your options, print your order, or "Submit" your order as is. Once you have clicked the "Submit" button you will be directed to the PayPal payment page where you can log in to YOUR PayPal account or click on "Pay with Debit or Credit Card". Follow screen instructions from there.
