NNOA Outstanding HBCU/CSPI Honor Graduate Award Submission
One NROTC/CSPI Honor Graduate from each Historically Black College and University (HBCU) will be presented with a one year membership and a plaque from NNOA. We recognize our young achievers and want to show our support for their outstanding achievements. The individual HBCU NROTC unit/ Coast Guard CSPI POC will determine selection criteria and submit the candidate that is the most deserving of this honor. Submission timeframe: HBCU Honor Graduate is October - March and CSPI - 4 weeks before OCS commissioning.
