2023 Travel Form

If a group is traveling together on the same flights or car rides both to and from Oregon, they can share a travel form. If there are any variations between travelers, a separate form must be submitted for each schedule.

Travel windows are the flight arrival/departure times when we will provide transportation to and from the airport to campers. These windows are:

June 17th Arrival: 12:00am-3:30pm

June 25th Departure: 11am-2pm

June 25th Arrival: 11am-2pm

July 3rd Departure: 11am-2pm

*We ask that campers not utilizing camp transportation arrive at camp between 4-5pm on arrival day and leave before 10:00am on departure day.
